Head coach Dawn Henderson completed her 15th season at the College of New Jersey in 2007-08. Henderson continues to improve a program that was a virtual unknown before she arrived in 1993-94. During her 15 years, she has taken the Lions into NCAA post-season play seven times while compiling a .716 winning percentage. TCNJ is now regarded as one of the nation's most successful D3 programs. Prior to her arrival at TCNJ, Henderson served two years as head coach at both Drew University (D3) and Worcester State (D3). In addition to her role as head coach, Henderson also serves as one of TCNJ's senior administrators and associate AD. In 2007-08, the Lions posted a 22-7 record and second round appearance in the NCAA tourney, losing to Mary Washington.
