Rob Edmisson completed his third year at Oklahoma City University in 2007-08 after spending three years as an assistant at Oklahoma State in charge of recruiting. Edmission took over from Janell Jones who produced a 235-24 record in six seasons, including winning consecutive National Championships in her first two years! Before OCU, Edmisson was head coach at Hutchinson Community College where he went 200-77 over nine years. As a high school head coach, Edmisson went 110-30 in six seasons at Ellinwood, Kan., and Fairfield, Kan. In 2007-08, he led the Stars to a 28-5 record but was beaten in the first round of the NAIA tourney by Harris Stowe. Over the last 10 years, Oklahoma City has won more games than any other women's college basketball program - at any level.
