Head coach Cheri Harrer completed her 18th season at Baldwin-Wallace in 2007-08. B-W's all time winningest coach, Harrer inherited a mediocre, middle of the pack program and has turned it into one deserving of national recognition. Over the last 18 seasons, Harrer has guided her teams to ten NCAA post season appearances. Since the mid-90's, however, Harrer has been even more impressive, rolling up eleven 20+ winning seasons. Harrer, a four-year starter and NAIA All- American at University of Findlay, coached at Bowling Green State University, Bluffton College, and Findlay prior to arriving at Baldwin-Wallace in 1990-91. In 2007-08, the Yellow Jackets went 27-3 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA tourney before falling to Hope.
