Head coach Ted Van Dellen completed his 18th season at Oshkosh in 2007-08. Van Dellen, the third winningest coach in the 104 year history of the school, served as an assistant from 1985-90 before assuming head duties in 1990-91. Van Dellen, a former player at Oshkosh that earned three varsity letters in basketball, struggled his first five seasons at the helm but has found his groove since the mid-90's. Over the last eight years, Van Dellen has won 153 games against just 68 losses. During that span he has made four NCAA appearances and averaged 19 wins per season. In 2007-08, the Titans finished with a 17-9 record but did not make the NCAA tourney.
