The conference is now comprised of seven teams from four states. League play, consisting of 12 games, begins in January. Conference play is generally on Thursday or Friday evening and Saturday afternoon with games piggybacked with the women's. The season concludes with the NCC tourney which includes all seven teams with first round byes for the top seeds. The winner receives an automatic NCAA bid.
