Head coach Dan Raymond completed his 8th season at Ithaca in 2007-08. In his brief tenure he has had five 20+ winning seasons and six NCAA appearances, advancing to the Sweet 16 for the first time ever. In his first two years he garnered COTY honors. Inheriting a good, but not great program in 2000-01, Raymond has transformed the Bombers into one of the most successful programs in the northeast. Prior to his arrival, Raymond served three years as an assistant coach at Cortland and one year as a head coach, going 16-11. In 2007-08, the Bombers went 16-10.
