Head Coach Mike McLaughlin enters his 13th year in 2007-08, having compiled a sparkling 349-55 record over the last 12 seasons while averaging 29 wins per season! His .864 winning percentage places him among the top 10 active D2 coaches with five or more years experience. McLaughlin's teams have made eleven NAIA or NCAA post season appearances over the last 12 seasons. Holy Family owns the Central Atlantic Conference having lost only three games over the last five years. Not surprisingly, McLaughlin has been selected conference Coach of the Year ten times. McLaughlin was a two year assistant before taking over the reigns of the program in 1995. In 2006-07, the team finished with a 29-3 (22-0 in conference) record but lost to Southern Connecticut in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
