Georgetown plays in the MidSouth Conference (www.mid-southconference.org) which is comprised of six schools from Kentucky and Tennessee. Prior to the conference's realignment, the MidSouth was one of the most competitive NAIA conferences. Now, with just a ten game league schedule, Georgetown plays a very long pre-season that extends late into January. The 10 league games are often played on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. The farthest conference away game is at Lambuth (Jackson, TN) some 360 miles from campus. The season concludes with the Mid-South conference which includes all teams with the winner advancing to the NAIA national tourney.
Campbellsville, Cumberlands (KY), West Virginia Tech, and Linsey Wilson.
