Head coach Keith Quigley completed his 12th year at Fontbonne in 2007-08. Quigley, a former men's basketball players at Fontbonne, took over the reins of the women's program in 1996-97 after serving one year as an assistant for the men's program. During his tenure, Quigley has averaged 17 wins per season while posting five 20+ wins while in the process picking up five COTY awards and five conference championships. In league play, Quigley sports a 100-20 record over the last eight years. In 2000, 2001, and 2003 the Lady Griffins made their only three NCAA appearances under Quigley. After several sub-par seasons, Lady Griffins appear to be headed in the right direction, going 17-10 in 2007-08.
